Project Description:

This project came as a part of my Graphic Design Studio class. I was responsible for assembling and leading a video team to work with the client along side our graphic design team. We first did brand research to determine our clients messaging style and approach to marketing themselves. After we learned more about their brand identity, we designed and pitched video ideas. We knew the client had objectives to grow their social media with quality content, so we both agreed to conduct interview’s on their students and capture footage of their practice to supplement their story.

As I lead our video team, I had to coordinate our student videographers on how to capture an event like this. We went in with a soft shot list and fine tuned our camera settings and interview set ups upon arrival. We produced 3 high quality reels for our client for them to distribute on their social medias, as well as handed over the raw assets for them to utilize in future content.

During production, I had been directing our 2 videographers on what to capture and where to place themselves. I also communicated with the client and determined what we needed on location. During post-production, the 3 of us each took 1 wrestler to cover and created a wrestler highlight. After all the edits were done, all of the videos were then passed to me to add lower third name graphics.
